Delete my account

Use this form to request the deletion of your account. An administrator reviews each request and confirms by email. Approval anonymises your name, email, phone, profile photo, and ID document, and removes your face from the community gate hardware.

What happens next?

1. An administrator reviews your request within 30 days.
2. If approved, your name, email, phone, profile photo, and national ID are anonymised, and your face is removed from the community gate hardware.
3. Records the community is required to keep for legal, financial, or audit reasons (invoices, gate logs) stay in the system but are no longer linked to a contactable account.
4. You'll be notified by email at the address you submitted — unless that email has already been removed by approval.

Already signed in to the mobile app? You can also delete your account from the Profile screen — it submits the same request.
